Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Purchased directly from Luna Wear (not from third-party sellers).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimate apparel (if applicable)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a pre-paid return label.
